Recently, I asked a group of Summit Leaders who are beginning a new career journey to take three critical steps as they start.
1. Write out a vision statement.
2. List five attributes they currently possess.
3. List five attributes they want to cultivate in 2020.
One responded, "I had to think about this and be honest with myself."
There are only two types of builders. Some build upon a foundation of stone and those who rely upon a foundation of sand.
