Greetings, Summit Leaders.

This year, someone challenged me to experience "more abundantly in 2022!"

As you reflect on your victories in 2021, what's one insight you learned in the process?

Think it through. Take time to write it down. Speak aloud what you learned. Please share it with someone. It then becomes yours forever!

Perhaps you can celebrate a year crowned with goodness and your cart overflowing with abundance.  

Accomplishments are important. The essential thing in life and career is personal growth.

In every conversation with Summit Leaders who reflect on their journeys, they mention "I have grown." as one of the rewarding outcomes.

Someone once said, "Growth is the only evidence of life. Growth is never by chance; it results from forces working together. Seeds of faith are always within us; sometimes, it takes a crisis to nourish and encourage their growth. Sustainable development is the pathway to the future we want for all."

What lies ahead for great leaders in 2022 is the open door of "More abundantly 2022!

How do we best prepare?

1. Conviction: Believe that you are here for such a time as this and that you can do all the things providentially assigned for you to accomplish.
2. Courage: Take the initiative and make the first step of faith toward more wondrous works than you can imagine. Envision the victory already won! "It's done!" "Well done, good and faithful servant."
3. Confidence:  When we encounter and open the door to "More abundantly 2022!" we can walk through with confidence, knowing that we have the assurance of victory. "I will give you victory!" We fight from victory, not for victory. 

What is your priority in 2022? Take time to write it down on paper. All faithful leaders have opened the door to "More abundantly 2022!" 

 Focusing on growth affects every area of our lives. Trust that the doors placed before you may not be what you expect; they are the test of your faith.

John shares his approach. "Instead of being goal conscious, I focus on being growth conscious. The benefits are:
