Greetings, Summit Leaders.

Many great leaders discover purpose in the process of pursuing their vision. This week we remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Many focused on dedicating their time in service to others.

Have you discovered your purpose?

Who can imagine the impact one man with vision and purpose can make?

He is like the man who discovered a treasure hidden in a field. In his excitement, he sold everything he owned to get enough

money to buy the field. He is a dreamer, a man of faith, initiative, and influence.

"I have a dream." Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Be encouraged. Dream to persist and Persist to dream.

Every day counts in the accomplishment of the vision, plan, and purpose for our lives.

I recall spending the first twenty-five years of my career focusing exclusively on making as much money as I could.

I gave little thought, nor did anyone suggest I develop a vision, plan, or seek to discover my purpose for life and career.

In studying the lives of great leaders, I discovered they treasured finding purpose for their lives.

They are people with big dreams. They focus on serving and helping others.

"Everybody can be great … because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve.

You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love." Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
