Our thoughts play a pivotal role in the way we feel,  what we do, and how we respond to situations.  In other words, our thoughts are a MAJOR driver in the way that we experience our lives!

Since our thoughts stimulate emotions, which precede our actions, it's really important to be aware of the thoughts we choose to hold.  These specific thoughts are the ones that shape our reality, moment-to-moment and day-to-day.  

In this episode, we're talking about a quick exercise that allows us to be "observers" of our own thoughts.  It reminds us that we don't have to be on "autopilot" but rather, we can be the masters of our own thinking.  This allows us to decide which thoughts are holding us back, so that we can release those.  Use this quick strategy to refresh your thinking and level up in all areas.
