A car pulled up behind me and I thought the driver was under the impression that I had stopped for some obstruction or other despite the fact that I had indicated that I was stopping. The driver introduced himself as a VOSA officer and said he had been following me for some little while and become interested in my vehicle and load. Thus began the “interrogation”!
