I'm revisiting the topic of anxiety, because when I discussed this topic before on the podcast it was really popular! You can re-listen to that episode called Mastering Anxiety, Episode 8.

Today, however, I talk about using a practical framework to help you and your kids or students process and manage your anxiety using mindfulness tools. I discuss 3 steps to this framework and as a bonus on this episode I give you 4 additional tips to help students manage testing anxiety.
