In this episode, we talk about the recent 65-mile PCT section hike Adam just went on and how it turned into a living workshop on surrender, ownership, and range. We unpack missed turnoffs, dry stretches with no water, blisters, ego flare-ups, and the moments we each slipped out of our window of tolerance…and how we found our way back.

You don’t need 65 miles to get the medicine. A local trail, or a slow walk in the park, will do. If you’ve been white-knuckling your plans or feeling far from yourself, this one’s a reset. Take it on a walk.
