Eat your broccoli!  But for some, that’s easier said than done.  It’s hard enough for kids to try new foods.  Mealtime can be one of the most difficult times for a child on the spectrum.  The introduction of new foods can seem daunting - but it doesn’t have to be!  If you think it’s going to be hard, then it will be - so start with correcting your mindset.
