Hi friends!

In today's episode, I wanted to give some insight and tips for getting back into (or into for the first time!) working out post-quarantine. 

After experiencing over-training, and not listening to my body when I got back into running post-injury a few months ago, I thought this episode would be useful to people whose minds are ready to get back into GO,GO,GO but whose bodies are ready to slowly ease back in, perhaps with some light walking (lol).

Here are the top tips I share and dive into in the episode:

  1. Ask your body what it needs for a workout
  2. Take it day by day
  3. Workout less than your mind wants to- less frequently, less hard.
  4. Eat enough (which might be more than you were eating if you weren't working out) 
  5. Don't compromise big chunks of sleep
  6. Stretch, foam roll, do yoga.
