Sometimes we offer God our best ideas for how He might keep His promises. In ‘Belief Is Simple, But Not Easy’ from Genesis 15, Abram does the same. But God responds with a promise that’s bigger than Abram imagined. He calls him outside and says, “Look at the stars.”
