Decrease our distress. Limiting our exposure to distress will be beneficial to our well-being, our longevity and our quality of life.  

Increase our Eustress. Good movement and exercise…  weight resistance… adding a variety of exercises is important so that your body adapts and can take on any type of stress that can be thrown on your body! 

Weight resistance puts a physical stress on your body parts.  When you put good stress on joints, muscles, tendons and bones it causes them to grow stronger.  Physical exercise puts a good stress on your joints and body and function better and healthier - if aligned properly and you are using proper form.
