Today’s guest, Dr. Melina Jampolis, has a podcast of her own called “Practically Healthy” AND we named the episode practically healthy AND why am I so obsessed with practically healthy?

Because it’s a fantastic way to sum up exactly what we are trying to get across within our Direction Not Perfection Community! We have to be practical within our health choices if we ever want a fighting chance to maintain our habits life long AND we will never fully achieve a so called “perfect” diet, but we can get practically there… intrigued?

 

We get to celebrate 150 episodes today with Dr. Melina Jampolis.  Dr. Melina is an internist and board-certified physician nutrition specialist (one of only several hundred practicing in the United States), author x 5, speaker, and frequent media contributor. She is the past president of the National Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists and remains on their Board of Directors. For the past 20+ years she has specialized exclusively in nutrition for weight loss, disease prevention and treatment. She is currently the Chief Nutrition Officer for BLK water and a member of the Forbes Health Advisory Board. She recently launched a new podcast, Practically Healthy by Dr. Melina.
