Description

Just like Kenny Chesney sings about “The Good Stuff” we too have some “good stuff” here in the Direction Not Perfection realm. I was reminded of this as I was preparing to speak at a health retreat. Looking back through all the content that I have shared since starting this Direction Not Perfection community, I am grateful for the ability to go back and listen to any podcast episode or Facebook Live chat at any time. The subject matter and interviews are packed full of great wisdom and hearing them just once does not do them justice. Every podcast or chat hits people in different ways due to their age, physical abilities, stage of life, family situations and even state of the world. What you may find interesting, but not necessarily relevant one week, may take on whole new meaning as your life changes and evolves.

I wish that I could drop an episode in your lap every day to provide constant inspiration and wisdom!! I am so incredibly proud of the individuals I have interviewed… I learn and grow from all of these amazing people and have come to realize if this podcast is for no one else, it’s for me! I have a wisdom bank that continues to inspire me to grow, do better, learn more and stay up to date with this forever changing and evolving world of health! (it’s a big job for anyone to keep up with and it’s a huge help to pull in all of our resources to keep us at the top of our game!).

Much of the information that I have shared can be summarized in a catch-phrase that reminds us of the topics covered and we can revisit the ones that speak to us strongly in our current situations. Here are just a few that hit especially hard for me.
