Day 37 - and it started rough:
Slept through the alarm, into a brutal –4°C frost, horses worked, paddocks shifted, surprise transporter rescheduled (Monday, not Thursday), fitness sessions - a full day.
But here’s the bigger story:
I’ve been feeling the drain, physically and mentally.
So today, I started implementing the 4-week mindset reset strategy:
✔ 6–7 hours of real sleep
✔ No social media after 7PM
✔ Most importantly — no energy leaks
The day ended with something that recharged me more than I realised: a good night at a friend’s house.
Good food, good conversation, no work.
Today reminded me:
Pushing hard builds you, but boundaries protect you.
