Day 56 – The difference between reacting and leading? Preparation.
Today was all about proactive work, treating a 2-year-old before problems appear, working my own horses before they ask for it, and loading/ packing the float the night before a show instead of scrambling at 5 a.m.
True leadership, in business or with horses, is built on what you do before the pressure hits.
The best in the game aren’t reacting. They’re planning, prepping, and executing ahead of schedule.
