2025 Masters CrossFit Power Couple, Polly McKinstry and Art Astorino join Warren to discuss thier story of attending this years Games. Polly a 3X Games athlete and this years Champion in the 70+ age group discusses her experience with her husband and first time Games athlete in the 65-69 Age Group.
