Pat has been involved with CrossFit for over a decade, a career Fire Fighter and collegiate Football Head Coach. We interview 2021 Games Champion and 4x Games Athlete, middle school PE Teacher and soon to be Grandmother Tia Vesser. Tia discusses her Games experiences, training programs leading up to the Games, plans for her possible pending retirment as well as the excitement of soon to becoming a Grandmother.
