82% of evangelical children attend public schools, according to new Pew Research Data. Does God have anything to say about the education of an 8-year-old child, or is it merely a matter of Christian liberty? What about the training of a child? Scotland parliament has banned spanking, joining New Zealand, Italy, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, and other post-Christian countries. Should Scottish parents disobey the law?
