Justice Scalia's death has introduced seismic shifts in the balance of power in American governance. Christian liberty cases, the Texas abortion law, the contraceptive mandate . . . they all hang in the balances now. The four solid pro-family, anti-big government, constitutional justices just became three. It's doubtful that we will ever see another Scalia again in our generation. The stakes are even higher in the 2016 election, and the Republican party is a house divided against itself. However, these are God's purposes working their way out.
