Communist China is banning depictions of homosexuality, witchcraft, and cleavage from audio/video media. Germany is banning sausage in fear of offending Muslim immigrants. This leads to a conversation on the purpose of civil government and the use of top-down regulative law. Will laws on cleavage really help China, or does China need the Gospel of Jesus Christ?
