Episode 4: Embodied Carbon
How do you work out the carbon footprint of a table, a chair and... a building? This episode we look at embodied carbon, what it is, how we can measure it and more importantly, what we can do to reduce it. We are joined by industry experts Angela Pllu (Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager, Balfour Beatty) and Peter Hendry (Director, Woolgar Hunter) to talk about the design of our new Dunfermline campus, and how embodied carbon is part of the fight against climate change.
