You have a gym membership that you don't actually use. You have all the latest fitness apps that promise to get you in shape but you don't actually do them. You have hired a Personal Trainer but not getting the results you wanted. You have the latest fitness watch or heart rate monitor to count your steps and motivate you but it doesn't. Sounds like a lot of money you've wasted!

The point I am trying to make in this podcast is if you are someone who is continuously buying into the latest fitness program or diet and failing, then it might be worth taking a back step and looking at your deeper reason for wanting to change in the first place. That way you may actually make progress and stop wasting your money.
