Taking the first steps working towards your health and fitness goal can be seriously daunting, particularly if you don't feel comfortable with your body image or current fitness level.
This is a huge barrier for many people and is usually the thing that stops people even getting started. In this podcast, I want to speak about what you should be focusing on when you are first getting started. Trust me it's not all about Instagram influencers, protein shakes, diets and six packs.
If you can muster up the motivation to get started and stay consistent then you can reap the rewards and progress as you go. Just remember that long term sustainable results to both your body and mind don't happen overnight but you can get there!!
