This episode was easy for me to do myself as I have a lot of experience in this field.
Having always been into sports and competing I have always naturally burned a lot of calories through exercise, meaning that in regards to putting on weight nutrition was never that much of an issue for me.
Since being injured and dare I say it getting older I have definitely learnt from experience and realise that nutrition is fundamental to almost health and fitness goal.
