Episode #30 isn't necessarily a milestone but it was an absolute privilege to have probably my biggest guest on the show so far, professional boxer Bard Pauls on to talk about all things health and fitness.
I have known Brad for many years now as we are both from Newquay, Cornwall and I have been lucky enough to watch his journey as an amateur boxer right up to a professional with a record of 14 wins and 0 losses.
As well as being a really great lad and talented boxer, Brad is also supporting his career by working as a personal trainer and had some great advice for maintaining a balanced lifestyle in regards to exercise and nutrition, based on his own experiences both in and out of the ring.
