Hydrate Yo Self!

I say this to all my clients - from gym goers to athletes. The reason is that optimal and adequate hydration is important (yet underrated) aspects of nutrition that is very fixable with a large potential upswing in terms of positive reward.

That is why I want you to be able to optimise your hydration - especially in summer. This topic was inspired by the current heatwave in Australia and I want to help you become more hydrated.

A hydrated body does more. A hydrated person lives better. A hydrated life is a happier life.

Time to hydrate yo self…better.
