Sticking to a nutrition plan can be hard enough with day-to-day life, let alone while overseas adventuring and enjoying yourself.

The truth is, this is a major stressor for some people as they feel it’s the enemy to their goals they are working on: especially in fat loss you see this belief.

However, reality is a lot more nuanced and adjusting your mindset to look at things more healthily is something I am really passionate about and teach all my clients.

You do not need to let the uncertainty of travel nutrition stress you out!
