This is dedicated to my wife and her sisters (pictured here) as we slug through the Covid-19 pandemic. Now that we are testing and mentally dealing with the ever increasing numbers of those diagnosed and as we grapple with diagnosing, treating and mourning those lost, we pray for those that have lost loved ones and cherish our family and friends as well as those we don't know. Also, we are dealing with the reality that any of us can contract this virus since it quietly invades our bodies.
We are all in this together. This picture of my wife and her sisters in Riviera Maya, Mexico was taken at the wedding of Ty Williams and Bryan Spells, on Valentine's Day weekend, back in January. It was a lovely event. Though we knew there was "this virus" in China, Japan and Korea at that time, little did we suspect we would be in over our heads fighting off the same illness, literally within a month more or less. Well here we are in the fight of our lives. Also little did we know the economy would tank in such a horrific way; so much so we may be headed towards a depression. Regardless we will get through this. As I admire my wife and her sister siblings, it gives me strength and resolve that with the love of those around us, nothing will bring us down. We will survive.
