Welcome back to another episode of Pints with Pat. On this episode, Pat discusses the importance of your inner circle within your business and personal life. Are those within your circle aligned with where you want to go? Your inner circle matters, get more intentional with who you surround yourself with. Those you spend the most time with is who you become. Pat also says that your inner circle also can be your external circle, like podcasters you listen to or those you look up to. Even though, you may not talk to them directly, you are surrounding yourself with their conversations and perspectives which can have a major impact on the way you think. From here, he dives into one of the podcast he listens to and how they discussed AI and the power behind it. The new model is now hiring a few really good leaders and letting AI do the rest of the computer coding, brainstorming, etc. However, one thing that is for certain is leading people and building authentic relationships is something AI will never be able to do. This is how to make yourself irreplaceable, by being the leader your team needs.
