Most modern humans today live a sedentary lifestyle, one with very little movement & lots of sitting in chairs, which takes a toll on our health big time. They review the fact that exercise isn't enough to offset 10 hours a day of sitting in a chair, and discuss ways of incorporating more movement and less sitting in the other 15 hours of your day that matter most.
