Over the last couple of weeks, I've had experiences that initiated full self empowerment. I feel like I've fully stepped into my power as a spiritual being having a human experience, as a yogi, a scientist, a communicator, and a healer. In this episode, I talk about this experience, how I got here, and how you too, can fully step into your power. This is a time where we each have to be our own guru and a lighthouse for everyone else struggling in the world. I truly believe we are on a cusp of a beautiful, new age of community, sharing resources, and love. It's always darkest (and coldest) before the dawn.
Full disclosure, I go on a little rant about gun violence in American because I recorded it the day after the recent mass shootings in El Paso and Ohio. Proceed accordingly :)
