This Thanksgiving week, I thought it would be appropriate to talk about the power of gratitude. No matter how you feel or the situation you're in, there's always an opportunity to find something to be grateful for. Practice finding gratitude even at your low points, and you'll find it to be an incredibly healing and uplifting process. In this episode, I talk about some of my experiences with this and how it's changed my life. I also THANK YOU, the listeners, for your love and support in this process of sharing my experience in an authentic way so that you might be inspired to take the courageous steps required for spiritual evolution.
