Your race is canceled, now what? Many of us have poured our heart and soul into training for an event to see it canceled.  Races may be canceled, but it certainly it doesn't mean that your training is going to waste.

Pat and Mark sit down and discuss it on today's podcast. They also take user questions, and discuss strategic training and nutrition adjustments based on the covid-19 quarantine time line. Mark and Pat also dive into some tactics they use to conquer their anxiety and uncertainty around training, the pandemic, and touch on some methods to cope with our temporary new norm as we still strive to find the best versions of ourself.
