Dropping into meditation and finding the place we are meant to be in. No wants. No desires. No needs. Everything is as it should be in this moment. Beginner meditation. Breath. Counting. Guided meditation. Bicep curl for the mind. The ticking of the mind. Smile like you mean it. What spiritual practice does for us. "If you don't have any time for meditation and prayer you will have a lot of time for sickness and trouble". No spiritual practice and you are at the mercy of the world. Slave to the wishing well. You don't need a wishbone you need a backbone. Watching the busyness of the mind. Shutting the mind off is not the goal. It's all vibration. High frequency. Low frequency.  Meditation is a innocent and passive process. Not saying much. Action is the magic word. Wishing it was different creates suffering. Running and hiding creates a hidden life. It's in the pain that we grow. The burning bush and red seas. Taking a new person into the world. Creating value within.
