Learning the depths of your own generational trauma can uncover shadows that we have pushed to the back of our minds. Understanding that trauma is relative through our personal perceptions will help us handle trauma from our childhood, adulthood, and prepare us to prevent trauma in our own children. Better your mental (and spiritual) health with today’s guest, psychotherapist Faith Perrin!
