We're told that inner balance should be happy, calm, collected, smiling, laughing, ALWAYS, otherwise you aren't balanced. If you aren't constantly "Kumbaya", then you aren't balanced. Well, Jenny has some things to say about that in today's episode, where she defines what *true* inner balance is like and how to achieve it. Ditch that toxic positivity and 'perfectness' and allow yourself to go through the natural cycles and processes of finding and achieving inner balance.
