John Calderon is a Houston-based guitarist who has played all over the world with various prominent artists. For ten years he was the guitarist for the legendary jazz and pop vocalist Al Jarreau. We talk about John’s musical journey: All the way from being a kid growing up in Angleton, TX, learning the trombone, and playing all around the world with one of history’s most important musicians and what he learned from the experience!
