The question of legality comes up all the time...'When do you think it'll be fully legal?" or "How many years till Rec?"
Thankfully, here in PA, the Governor has introduced a first attempt at a recreational market, and so now it's just a matter of time. But change isn't always progress. As taxation, testing, and supply factor in, the possibility of a rec market will provide an interesting landscape...especially for those who want to work in cannabis.
