Every single living, breathing human being is carrying some sort of trauma inside of our bodies from our past and that trauma is affecting our body and our health in some way.  The trauma that we hold in our bodies can manifest itself and present itself in the form of some sort of diagnosis ranging anywhere from anxiety/depression to addiction to autoimmune disease to high cholesterol, heart disease and so much more.  Learning how to use yoga to explore what your body is holding onto can play a major role in helping you heal and release the past, in turn, helping you live life to your fullest potential. 

In this episode we are joined by our friend Kary Sinkule,  who has dedicated her life to teaching yoga for the past 25 years.  She is the founder & CEO of Yoga's Arc.  She is currently mentoring new Yoga Teachers while they begin their journey in their yoga teaching careers.  Yoga’s Arc now has 2 Yoga Teacher Training Schools In-Person and On-Demand and has created the first local Yoga Teacher Community Mentoring Program to help new certified Yoga Instructors get started while bringing more Yoga to more people.

Kary will always have the passion to teach yoga even though she has taken a back seat, giving all of her Yoga's Arc Instructors a chance to shine.  She will always encourage her students and has the ability to work with a variety of levels in a variety of classes. She truly cares and it shows in her ability to help her students and teachers feel comfortable in their yoga journeys while being challenged at the same time. 

As a survivor of her own childhood trauma, Kary has an amazing gift to share with us and teaches us the beauty of exploring and making peace with our past trauma so that we can heal and thrive and be the person that God created us to be.
