How do you maintain relationships while on your journey of self? 

Collective energy right now. On a universal level once you have completed certain parts of your journey and its time for you to move to the next phase a big shift happens (big shake ups) and you have to assess the people in your life to see if you all are aligned to move forward in that next phase. This goes for relationships and friendships. You have to ask yourself is this person or people supportive of my highest good, can they adapt to the new person I have evolved into, are we aligned right now spiritually? 

The thing to know about relationships period is that we are people here on our own journeys and if you want to be a partner or friend for the long haul you have to give that person room to just be and not mold them into what you think they should be or keep them in the same box that they have been in before. 

Relationships-
Think about your long term relationships. That's how you determine genuine love and admiration and friendship. Years are very important. On a soul level you have to love these people. Because your outer vessels will change, you change internally as you grow and learn and walk your path. So for people to walk with you through all of that shows 
what love truly is and not what you idealize this person to be. You have to decide that I don't want to be a part from this person no matter how life changes. Set your personal boundaries of course. But you have to decide that and then make sure as you personally evolve, you are including your partner and stay in tune on an energetic level. Have you ever heard of a couple that prays together stays together? Meditate, pray, whatever you do, do it and that's to ensure that no matter what's going on on the outside our foundation stays solid.

CBD and anxiety
• CBD is short for cannabidiol. 
• It is derived from cannabis plants. 
• The CBD extract that we will be discussing tonight is CBD for THC
• CBD does not have the same psychoactive properties as THC.
Medical uses: 
• Clinical research has been done to see how CBD can reduce pain,  anxiety,  movement disorders and cognition.  
• Cognition is the way you retain information through thought, experience and the senses. 
• There are a some FDA approved medicines that include Epidiolex, which is used to treat two epilepsy disorders. 
Side effects:
• Most common side effects of CBD are tiredness,
• diarrhea, 
• changes in appetite
Controversy:
• In the USA CBDs legal status depends on the source it is derived from. 
• When  CBD is derived from marijuana, it is a schedule 1 controlled substance under federal law. 
• When CBD is derived from hemp, or any other lawful source it is not considered a controlled substance. 
Law: 
At the federal level,  law states that CBD containing .3 percent of THC or less is legal
• Georgia state law says that CBD with any THC is illegal
