As we continue our journey through the 66 books of the Bible today brings us to the book of Ruth. The events of this book took place during the same period of the book of Judges when the children of Israel experienced the darkest of time and failures as they fell further and further away from God. However, Ruth is the beautiful story showing a faithful remnant and God's faithfulness. The overall theme of the book is one of Redemption and as we read of the "Kinsman Redeemer" we can see our Jesus so clearly.
