This is the fifth "test" of a genuine, authentic Christ-follower from Luke 9:23-25. What was Jesus' intent when He told us that we must deny ourselves and take up our cross daily? This principle is the most difficult one to date (they have been getting more and more intense as we have progressed through this series of lessons).
