For most people, since we were kids we were told the same thing growing up, "Go to school, graduate, and get a job." This is the conventional way of thinking that became known as the American "Dream". However, have we ever thought about what we are actually doing when we tell 18 year kids to go to school and incur thousands of dollars of debt? How many 18 year olds actually realize the impact a decision like that has on their financial future? Not many, because society has conditioned everyone to believe it's normal to have thousands of dollars of student loan debt just to graduate and make $46,000 per year. But let's keep it real, the world we live in today is a lot different than the world when the notion of the American "Dream" became commonplace. So that being said, surely there has to be another way, right?

Tune into this week's episode to learn more about the how the present-day student loan crisis is affecting millennials and people alike. And whether the effect it has on people's financial future makes college worth it as a whole.
