Courtney Clements played in the WNBA for the Atlanta Dream, Chicago Sky, Minnesota Lynx, and Los Angeles Sparks. Collegiately, she played at the University of Arizona in 2008-2009 before transferring to San Diego State and playing from 2010-2013. She talks about growing up in Long Beach, California, how she got into basketball, and her great high school career at both Artesia High School and Millikan High School. Courtney describes her recruiting process, feeling slighted by some Pac-10 schools, why she chose Arizona, and her Freshman season where she made an impact right away. She then discusses why she decided to transfer to San Diego State, playing in the Mountain West Conference, being a Mid-Major, becoming an All-American, and playing in the NCAA Tournament. She then talks about signing a training camp roster with the Atlanta Dream, making the roster, getting less playing time than she was used to, and making the Finals with both the Dream and the Chicago Sky. Courtney explains founding "She's Empowered Sports", what it is, why she created it, and what she's looking forward to in the future for the company.
