Description

Dominique Dillingham played basketball at Mississippi State University from 2013-2017 and has been on the coaching staff for the past 3 seasons, currently serving as Video Coordinator.  Dominique talks about growing up in Spring, Texas, how she got into basketball, her great career at Klein Collins High School and her AAU career, the recruiting process, and why she picked Mississippi State.  She also talks about what it was like to play for Vic Schaefer and her commitment to defense.  Dominique describes a great season Junior year that ended with an embarrassing loss to UConn in the 2016 Sweet Sixteen, and how her team channeled that loss and used it as motivation for the 2017 season.  She then describes the great 2017 season, getting to the Final Four in Dallas,  the upset of UConn in the Semi-Final, how she got into coaching, and her duties as Video Coordinator.
