Kayla Miller played basketball for the University of Delaware from 2010-2012 where she helped the Blue Hens reach the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in school history.  She then worked as the Director of Operations for the program from 2015-2018.  She talks about being born in Pennsylvania and moving to Delaware in the 5th grade, how she got into basketball, and her career at powerhouse Ursuline Academy where she won 3 State Championships, was teammates with Elena Delle Donne, and had the experience of playing with her younger sister.  She describes her recruiting process, why she chose George Washington University at first, and why she decided to transfer after one semester.  Kayla then explains why she transferred to UDel, getting to play with Delle Donne again, and the back injuries she faced.  She discusses having to sit out after back surgery, being able to come back for the 2012 season where Delaware won their first NCAA Tournament game, feeling good during the 2013 season where Delaware made it all the way to the Sweet Sixteen (where their biggest fan was President Elect Joe Biden).  She then talks about coaching at the high school level, becoming the Director of Operations, what it was like to be on the staff at the program she played for, and what she's up to now.
