Description

Lindsay Schutzler is a CrossFit athlete who played professional softball with the Chicago Bandits and collegiately with The University of Tennessee from 2004-2007.  Lindsay talks about growing up in Monterey, California, in an athletic family, how she got into softball through her father, and her excellent career at Notre Dame High School where she led her team in hits, runs, and stolen bases every season.  She describes her recruiting process, what led her to choose Tennessee, playing in the SEC, and what it was like playing for a married couple in Ralph and Karen Weekly.  Lindsay details her great career with the Lady Vols which included 3 trips to the College Softball World Series, making it to the championship series in 2007, being a team captain, and being an Academic All-American.  She talks about playing in the NPF for the Chicago Bandits, being a teacher, how she got into CrossFit, and being involved in team competitions.
