Mark Cirello wrestled at American University from 2010-2014, currently coaches and trains Mixed Martial Arts, and is a phenomenal artist. Mark talks about growing up in Paramus, New Jersey, how he got into wrestling, the mindset of being a good teammate but also focusing on individual success, and his great career at Paramus High School. He discusses his decision to do a year of prep school at Blair Academy after graduating high school, having a successful year where he wrestled against college level wrestlers and really got into his artwork. He describes the recruiting process, why he chose American University, how competitive the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association is, and his highlights at American. Mark then talks about how he used art as a stress relief in college and how he has expanded it in the recent years, including forming his own website (www.cirelloart.com) and participating in art shows. He also talks about how he got involved in Mixed Martial Arts after his wrestling career ended.
