Perhaps the bird researchers had "species envy" when referring to an allegedly lost Stellar's Sea Eagle. Why else would they use the rather harsh term of "vagrancy" to describe what Eagle says is merely a wider exploration of the only home they've known - Earth?  Sure sounds like species envy to Eagle...
