Humans are first and foremost only one of 7.77 million other mammal species on Earth and yet most of us get a bit lost in the human "being" part. It's useful to reconnect with our biology and how our emotions and feelings work within that context. Because we also tend to get a bit lost in emotions and thoughts as well. According to Einstein "when you look deep into Nature you will understand everything better." Especially those Animals with whom you share an earthly experience.
